It seems that every time I open my email box I’m just slammed with 300 or more emails. I know this is the same for almost everybody else as others have told me so. It may not be as much but you still are bombarded every day with offers from every thing you can think of.

I don’t know about you but I have come to the point where I now just click the delete button over and over until most of the offers are gone.

I have even purchased recent courses that tell you to unsubscribe from all of your email list from Internet Marketers.

So is list building dead? Well here is some good List Advice.

Not by a long shot! Even I find myself get sucked in by the occasional good title and even at times end up purchasing the product.

But here’s the truth although it isn’t as easy as it used to be it still works. How you get and build your list is now more important than ever. You must get targeted prospects who want to hear more about your information. You  must provide them with quality content not all ads. Sending ad after ad and you will find people fleeing from your list quicker than you can get them on it. Not a good thing to happen.

So I think a 50% ratio is good. You send one content no ad email to one advertisement. Make sure your content is worth something. If you want people to buy your offers you must give them information that they think is valuable. If you can do that you will have people on your list for years and they will by when you make a suggestion.

Oh and also I don’t think you should do it all in one day. If you want to use my 50% rule. And you send out 2 or 3 emails to your list a day then do 2 or 3 content then the next day send your promo. I think you get the picture.

So in conclusion when you gather your list members just continue to provide them with value. They will watch for you emails and always open them instead of clicking delete. Don’t send to many ads. It’s really that simple.
